Rules: 

1. Taum Owners have the right to know their Taum is part of a closed species. Closed Species rules apply please do not make your own.  

2. The Taum owner has the right to resell the character at any price

3. You may change the design of the taum - body shape, markings, etc. just as long as it keeps the general idea of the original taum. Aka a Redesign:  REDESIGNs are allowed so that the taum owners can make the taum easier for them to do art of. Changing the full design of the taum, you must contact me h-appysorry for approval.

4. Color changes are not allowed - if you have any questions about color use in your redesign please consult hap-py or one of the Taum Squad will notify you if a redesign has any issues or needs to be changed.

5. Taum owner can gift to anyone (unless they are a blacklisted user).  

6. Taums are un-breedable if you must breed them, please purchase a myo or a custaum, we do have events (like taum baby events), and if its rp/story related please contact me, Know I have the right to refuse or accept into the taum-den. ((REMEMBER CONSENT IS SEXY! So please contact me before you decide to do this to explain to me why it must be entered into the taum-den.))

7. Be kind to each other and respect while trading, selling, and interacting. If you ever have any problems you can bring them to me or my taum squad.  

8. You may give your taum clothing or accessories.

9. Be respective of your fellow Closed species/open species affiliates and interactions, I no longer allow taum design transfers into other species, one offs, or adopts, closed species or open. Taum will be considered null and voided if seen transferred.

How to change a taums color:

Taum Squad:

Must follow these rules, must submit into the folder like everybody else. We will put auctions up in the selling/trading folder to help update people of the taum squad auctions.
Can only have 1 custaum slot, if full must share custaum inquiry with other taum squad.
Have a limit of 5 taums per auction.
We are currently not hiring atm. 

Commission for taums:

Know that, Custaums, Taum Auctions, and Taum bombs are only Taum mama, and Taum squad abilities.
Taum Mama: Is the only one who can offer you upgrade paintings of your taums atm.
To make/sell redesigns as a commission: OFFICIAL REDESIGN ARTISTS  Taum Squad Only!  (note redesigns must be approved by taum mama before going in group)
MYOS:you can commission someone else to do your MYO taum, but please keep me in the loop who so I do not get surprised!  its best if its only users inside the taum-den!

Cannon species list:

Affiliate species artwork will be allowed as long accompanied with a taum!
Non closed species (mythical creatures or else) : I will allow all kinds, but I have the right to refuse those I do not enjoy seeing in my group.  

OTHER

1. I have the right to refuse any artwork, any users, or any things that try to take advantage of the rules stated above.
2. If you see any suspicious behavior, anything that skirts by the rules, or you feel unsure! Go ahead and contact me I will be glad, happy, and excited to help you out.
3. If you have any questions or concerns contact me or write them below!

Any type of purposeful theft is grounds for immediate ban and blacklisting.
Any rules broken depending on severity will get either a warning or a strike.
You are allowed 3 strikes, if behavior doesn’t change you will be banned and blacklisted.
Harassing or causing awkwardness/trouble in the group might result in automatic ban.
Evasion or finding loopholes in rules might result in automatic ban.
